Develop and execute sales strategy, build and lead sales team, run product demos, collaborate with marketing, and manage customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
3-5+ years SaaS or B2B sales experience, preferably in home improvement or similar vertical, cold calling and prospecting skills, tech savvy with CRM and sales automation, entrepreneurial mindset, and sales leadership experience is a plus.
Company Overview: • This is a CRM software company designed to meet the unique demands of specialty remodelers, helping contractors scale efficiently and increase profitability • They take a hands-on, consultative approach, tailoring the platform to each client’s evolving needs • This system is built on an enterprise-grade cloud ecosystem, delivering a reliable foundation that continually evolves with new features to keep clients ahead of industry trends What is Being Offered: • Flexible compensation, base + commission • Benefits • PTO • Remote position What The Position is About: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth • Streamline and enhance the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Define sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and KPIs • Collaborate with marketing to launch large-scale campaigns • Create strong relationships with industry associations and service providers • Run live online product demonstrations and discovery calls, building out the sales funnel • Build out and lead the sales organization from the ground up • Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability • Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance performance The Right Candidate Will Have: • 3-5+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience in the home improvement space or similar vertical • Proven experience with cold calling and prospecting for new business • Tech savvy (CRM, sales automation, and SaaS business models) • Entrepreneurial mindset; experience building sales teams and scaling revenue from early-stage growth • Sales leadership experience is a plus
