POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Remote Administrative & Sales Coordinator to support daily operations while actively contributing to enrollment growth and community partnerships. This role blends administrative support, inbound sales, and relationship-based outreach. It is ideal for someone who enjoys helping families, staying organized, and earning bonuses by contributing to growth — without high-pressure sales tactics. This position has a clear growth path and may evolve into a Marketing & Sales Manager role as the organization expands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 930am to 6pm Pacific Time Administrative & Customer Support • Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and emails from new and existing customers • Provide accurate information about programs, pricing, schedules, and policies • Manage enrollments, billing questions, freezes, and cancellations • Coordinate trial lessons and ongoing scheduling • Maintain accurate records and customer notes in HubSpot CRM • Communicate professionally and empathetically with families • Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer experience • Sales & Enrollment Support • Convert inbound inquiries into enrollments through consultative conversations • Follow up with prospective customers promptly and consistently • Track lead sources and enrollment outcomes in HubSpot • Support retention by setting clear expectations and building trust Sales & Enrollment Support • Convert inbound inquiries into enrollments through consultative conversations • Follow up with prospective customers promptly and consistently • Track lead sources and enrollment outcomes in HubSpot • Support retention by setting clear expectations and building trust Community Partnerships & Outreach • Conduct outreach to elementary schools, preschools, daycares, and community organizations • Help establish and maintain local partnerships • Track enrollments generated from partnerships • Support ongoing relationship communication and follow-up Plus other duties as assigned by management or the owner. COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES Base Pay • $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, depending on experience Tiered Bonus & Incentive Structure (in addition to hourly pay) • Tiered enrollment bonuses for new enrollments generated through partnerships or outreach (paid after retention milestones) • Partnership milestone bonuses for establishing new community partnerships • Monthly or quarterly performance incentives tied to responsiveness, conversion rates, and outreach activity QUALIFICATIONS • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Administrative, customer service, or office support experience • Sales experience preferred • Comfortable speaking with parents and caregivers • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus) • Proficient with email, calendars, and basic office software • Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented demeanor • *Bilingual in Spanish is preferred WHY JOIN US • Competitive hourly pay with meaningful bonus opportunities • Fully remote, full-time position • Consistent weekday schedule (no nights or weekends) • Structured onboarding and training • Opportunity to make a real impact on families and community safety • Clear advancement potential into a Marketing & Sales Manager role Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): • This position is fully remote and requires working independently during scheduled hours.
