Job Purpose: Provide full and comprehensive support to the Chief Product & Technology Officer and EVP, Business Operations including proactively managing busy calendars, meetings, expenses, travel and generally helping these executives manage their demanding workloads as effectively and efficiently as possible. As needed, position will also providegeneral office and team support to Sr. Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Responsibilities: Executive Support: Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail. Proactively problem solve and provide support to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges. Provide general administrative support, including managing expenses, processing invoices, and other ad hoc tasks as needed. Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, managing multiple time zones with ease. Keep track of expense claims and ensure these are submitted quickly. Serve as a trusted partner and ambassador, maintaining positive relationships across the business and with external partners. Other additional duties may include, but are not limited to: Provide ad hoc support in arranging large multi-departmental meetings. Assist with the production of presentations and/or material delivery. Ensure that meeting rooms are booked for meetings and set up as required. Act responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Collaborate with existing EAs within BritBox and BBC Studios as and when needed on broader projects, events and wider team meetings. General Office Support: Coordinate team lunches and events when needed, ensuring events run smoothly. Support global collaboration on employee engagement and cultural initiatives when needed. Provide operational support for day-to-day office experience needs and special projects. Help contribute to the development of creative ideas that foster an inclusive and positive company culture. Give assistance as needed to support evolving team and office priorities. Knowledge and Experience: The role requires the following skills and capabilities: This is a busy role supporting the most senior executive within the BritBox team and requires a strong ability to prioritise tasks and work with agility and pace. The candidate must be highly organised and have a proven ability to work at speed and prioritise conflicting needs across a wide range of work. Demonstrated experience providing C-suite/Director-level EA support. Strong administrative skills, including meeting organisation and calendar management. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount; the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy is essential. Must be calm, self-motivated and confident. Demonstrable ability to operate well within a team. Flexible and creative approach to problem solving. Proactive self-starter with initiative, accuracy and proven organisational skills. Ability to multitask and define priorities. Enthusiastic, efficient, positive and self-starting. Confident communicator with strong written skills and a good eye for detail. Ability to build relationships across departments, especially with other EAs. Technical skills: proficiency in GSuite, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. A good knowledge of BBCS as a business and a passion for British TV. Salary Range: $70 - 80K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
