The company is seeking a Vice President, US Field Market Access (MAx) to shape and execute strategies that ensure optimal patient access to BMS therapies across the U.S. market. Requirements • 10 years of relevant progressive experience in Market Access, Payer Strategy /Account Management, Commercial Operations, and/or HEOR within biopharmaceuticals. • Proven experience leading large geographically dispersed team teams across customer segments. • Demonstrated success in securing profitable access for portfolios in complex environments. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills • Deep understanding of US healthcare systems, payers, policy, and contracting. Expertise in contracting economics, GTN impact, and policy navigation. • Strategic thinking, sound business judgment, and excellent communication skills. • Strong leadership ability with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams. • Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
