Senior Project Manager (Retail Domain) Location: Clark, New Jersey (Day 1 Onsite) Long Term Need Locals or Nearby State only Strong Retail domain is mandatory. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor s/Master s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management, with at least 3 5 years in retail domain programs. • Proven experience in managing enterprise-wide programs (supply chain, ERP, e-commerce, digital transformation, customer experience). • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent). • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, executive communication, and vendor negotiation. • Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and global programs. • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Prince2 preferred. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage multiple projects under a program portfolio in the retail industry (e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, POS, customer experience, etc.). • Define program goals, scope, roadmap, and governance in alignment with business strategy. • Establish and manage program governance models, reporting, and PMO standards. • Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and vendor management. • Track, monitor, and report program KPIs, risks, dependencies, and status to leadership. • Drive process improvement and change management initiatives across the program. • Manage escalations and proactively mitigate risks/issues. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and regulatory requirements in the retail domain. • Mentor and guide project managers and cross-functional teams.
