Brilliant, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies is seeking a Full-time Account Coordinator to help support the agency’s award-winning earned influencer, media and brand campaign team. What We Do: Brilliant is a fully remote company and is one of the most respected agencies serving consumer lifestyle brands with a specific focus on products, brands, and services for families including baby and maternity, toys and games, tech, housewares, haircare and food. We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of full-time agency experience in consumer products PR or integrated marketing. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Assist with drafting client updates, reports, and meeting agendas. Participate in client calls and meetings, taking detailed notes. Media Relations: Support media outreach efforts by building and updating media lists, pitching stories, and tracking coverage. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Entering and confirming product sample requests. Vetting and responding to inbound influencer and media inquiries. Press Materials Development: Assist in creating press releases, pitches, media alerts, bios, and other comms materials. Research: Support with vendor research as needed and competitor activity. Reporting: Familiarity with Cision, Coverage Book, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms to pull placements and upload into client reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-2 years of PR agency experience in the consumer goods industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
