Overview Overview A global technology organization is seeking an Enterprise Applications Architect to design, deliver, and scale enterprise application solutions that connect business strategy with technology innovation. This role will drive architecture for key enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), and enterprise integrations—ensuring systems deliver measurable value across global operations. Responsibilities Architectural Leadership: Develop and maintain the enterprise applications architecture roadmap, ensuring a cohesive and scalable vision for core enterprise platforms including Salesforce, D365 F&O, CX-One, UKG, and others. Integration & Interoperability: Define and execute integration strategies leveraging APIs, middleware, and data services. Business Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value. Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops and discussions with product owners, developers, and senior executives to gather requirements and build alignment. Technology Strategy & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, recommending solutions that drive transformation and operational excellence. Governance & Standards: Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and best practices across projects and teams. Solution Design: Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle. Documentation & Communication: Create high-quality architecture diagrams, solution documents, and technical presentations for diverse audiences. Mentorship: Mentor and coach development teams, promoting architectural discipline and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: • 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications architecture, with hands-on expertise in Salesforce and D365 F&O solution delivery. • Proven success designing and implementing scalable, secure integrations for large cloud-based applications. • Strong ability to translate technology strategies and solutions into business outcomes. • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture (Lightning Platform, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Salesforce DX) and D365 F&O architecture (modules, extensions, data entities, security). • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with enterprise integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, or ESB frameworks). • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments. • Salesforce and/or Microsoft certifications (e.g., Salesforce Application Architect, Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect) preferred. • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Desired • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions. • Ability to influence and build consensus across teams. • Experience with additional SaaS and enterprise systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus. • Knowledge of data modeling, information management, and security best practices. • Business acumen to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. • Experience leading change and digital transformation initiatives.
