Assistant Program Manager (Bilingual, Part-Time) Location: Metro Atlanta (Hybrid – must be available for on-site work) Estimated Hours: 20-25 per week About Brilliant Bilingual Brilliant Bilingual is a dynamic language learning company delivering high-quality Spanish programming to children and adults. From after-school clubs to immersive Spanish courses for adults, our programs are designed to inspire joy, confidence, and meaningful communication in Spanish. About the Role We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Assistant Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-centered environment. This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to manage multiple moving parts with confidence. You’ll work closely with the Program Director to: • Manage team tasks and timelines • Keep systems running smoothly • Support teachers and programs across the Metro Atlanta area • Ensure a high standard of program delivery • Contribute to a company culture that is purposeful, warm, and organized This is not a passive role — it’s for someone who can move between big-picture planning and in-the-weeds execution with ease and grace. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and track key operational tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time • Support staff hiring, onboarding, and alignment with our core values • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) • Create and manage SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) • Maintain program calendars, enrollment tracking, and school partner communications • Collaborate with leadership to support program expansion and quality assurance • Serve as an on-site support liaison for partner school programs as needed • Teach Spanish classes (as needed, based on capacity and qualifications) • Other duties as assigned • What You Bring ✅ Fluent English and professional proficiency in Spanish ✅ Exceptional organizational and project management skills ✅ Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clarity and poise ✅ A heart for service and a mind for strategy ✅ Strong follow-through and ability to execute tasks independently ✅ Comfort with spreadsheets, task-tracking systems, and communication tools ✅ A willingness to be present and flexible across multiple locations in Metro Atlanta ✅ Passion for education and commitment to high standards Minimum Qualifications • Associate’s degree or higher • Bilingual: Spanish and English • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite at our office in South Fulton and school sites (as far north as Norcross and as far south as East Point) as needed • Availability for 20-25 hours per week (schedule may vary week to week) • Clean background check (required for all educational personnel) Preferred (but not required) • Prior experience in program management, education, or operations • Experience working in or with small businesses or startups • Spanish teaching experience (especially with children) Why Join Us?
