Manage the full lifecycle of video production projects including planning, scheduling, client communication, and delivery oversight.
Proven project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with project management tools, and ability to coordinate distributed teams.
At BrightWay AI, we help organizations move from experimenting with AI to transforming how they operate. One of the ways we do this is by producing high-quality, AI-assisted educational video content at scale. We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee this video production work from start to finish—ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Role Overview This is a part-time role (estimated 20 hours per week). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of video production, from initial planning and scheduling through delivery. This includes developing detailed project plans, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors, and serving as the primary point of communication with the client. The right candidate will balance attention to detail with clear, proactive communication to keep all moving parts aligned. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for multi-phase video production. • Coordinate daily activities between BrightWay team members, scriptwriters, designers, and video producers. • Communicate regularly with the client to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage feedback cycles. • Track progress against milestones, flag risks early, and propose solutions to keep projects on track. • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are consistent with client expectations. • Oversee document management, file handoffs, and workflow tools to ensure smooth collaboration. • Facilitate review and approval processes, consolidating client feedback for efficient execution. • Support scaling of production workflows to handle high-volume video creation. Qualifications • Proven experience in project management, ideally within media production, education, or digital content. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients. • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, or similar). • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes. • Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors a plus. What We Offer • The opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, mission-driven company. • A collaborative team environment where AI innovation meets real-world impact. • Flexible working arrangements with a results-first mindset.
