Job Description As a Senior Operations Planning Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of strategies and related projects across the operations organization. This includes working cross functionally through all organizations including sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal, information technology, etc. You will make a significant and immediate impact leading complex, multi-disciplinary strategic projects from start to finish – working with stakeholders through strategy development, planning, evolution, execution, while working risk identification, assessment and mitigation. Position will also require effective communication with cross-functional partners across and outside the company and with executive team. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Lead the planning and implementation of organizational strategies and be accountable for execution within the defined constraints Facilitate the definition of strategy goals, tactics, and resource requirements; resolve or assist in the resolution of organizational and cross tactical conflicts Coordinate with internal and third-party resources responsible for execution of supporting strategy tactics and projects. Ensure that strategy initiatives are delivered timely, within scope and on target of strategy evolution. Manage changes and pivots to strategy scope, direction and related tactics Perform risk management to minimize strategy execution risks Provide oral and written reports and presentations to executive leaders, defining strategy status Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement strategy changes while successfully managing the relationship with the clients and all other stakeholders Create and maintain comprehensive strategy documentation Provide periodic reporting of strategy and related tactics status Monitor and report on strategy tactic expenditures Continuously improve strategy management based on lessons learned in the execution of related support tactics Recommend changes in strategy direction to improve optimization and financial result Recognize and act on new opportunities while maintaining focus on the company strategic goals Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE Bachelor’s degree Telecom, Operations Leadership, Business, or related field 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross team projects 7+ years of strong technical experience, preferably in telecommunications Prior experience in Corporate Development roles Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities Must be able to understand, interpret, relay, and conduct technical network discussions Familiarity with communications network technology relating to engineering, construction, installation, and network monitoring and optimization Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Telecom service delivery standards Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication and analytical problem-solving skills Solid organizational skills with attention to detail, multi-task, and cope with deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in project planning and life cycle development tools Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI #LI-RW1 Additional Information WHY JOIN US?
