Full Description

Job Description: • Managing projects impacting Field Operations Teams to include scheduling cross functional meetings, establishing goals and timelines and getting buy in from key stakeholders • OCC support with system enhancements including JIRAs, upgrades, releases, etc., working knowledgeable of the BOSS system stack is a requirement • Creating captivating & impactful presentations that effectively communicate complex business concepts in a visually appealing manner • Working closely with the team to understand their goals and transform their ideas into compelling stories that resonate with audiences • Translating business needs into engaging narratives to drive the success of standardization and efficiencies • Managing key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams • Connecting with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Gathering and analyzing data to assist in project approvals, tracking improvements and identifying trends • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains • Implementing best practices and methodologies • Providing support to the team, including taking meeting notes, documenting key actions, and handling other administrative tasks • Streamlining operations and ensuring that the team stays focused on their goals • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and leadership • Effectively communicating project status and progress to all stakeholders • Managing expectations and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or six years of equivalent practical work experience • Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into engaging new processes and perspectives • Strong organizational skills to manage key timelines and effectively communicate with various teams • Good analytical skills including proficiency with Excel and other data analysis tools • Telecom/Cable/Internet Service Provider industry experience • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of projects • Experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a similar role, to bring a deep understanding of the demands and challenges of the position • Liaison with business stakeholders and Leadership to regularly update business knowledge content/repository • Maintain organization best practices and design methods in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe tools and other Infographic tools • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • BONUS POINTS FOR: Demonstrated practical experience in Lean Six Sigma methods and techniques • Advanced analytical skills including experience with Power BI, SQL and Big Query Benefits: • Competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Employee assistance program • 401K plan with company match • Voluntary benefits • Paid time off • Flexibility in work arrangements
