Job Description We are currently looking for a Business Process Transformation Manager to join our growing team! As a Business Process Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for driving and leading a number of growth and transformation initiatives with inside of our Enterprise and Wholesale business unit. In this role as an Individual Contributor, you will work with cross functional teams and senior leaders to create business processes supporting new products, lead efforts to transform current systems and workflows, and drive technical efficiencies as Brightspeed establishes their new system stack. As a Business Process Transformation Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include: • Coordinate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business problems, current state process, and technology opportunities/ limitations • Act as a trailblazer to drive cross-functional discovery and decision-making • Develop and document business and systems requirements • Take ownership of issues and gaps identified through your discovery; and creatively drive resolution • Drive key strategic projects as identified by Senior leadership including product launch, system transformation, or position re-engineering • Drive technical and process efficiencies as Brightspeed migrates to a new system stack • Champion changes for improved internal user and customer experience • Develop and execute change management and communication plan • Oversee testing schedules, testing logistics, test plans, issues, and resolutions • Provide project management direction to ensure the project team has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the project team • Act as an escalation point for the project team and project stakeholders to manage risks, develop mitigation plans and path to green throughout the project • Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope, identify issues, and devise contingency plans • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone, task, and project health data Qualifications WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE: • 10+ years' experience in Enterprise and/or Wholesale Telcom experience • 7+ years' experience in leadership or program management experience • Strong experience leading Sales enablement programs/projects • Bachelor's degree, PMP, or SCRM Master certification. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients • Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on schedule • Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles #LI-SS1 Additional Information WHY JOIN US?
