Senior Program Manager, Professional Services The primary role of the Senior Program Manager, Professional Services is to lead and coordinate multiple, complex customer programs within the Professional Services function, ensuring strategic alignment and delivering measurable value to clients. This role partners with executive stakeholders, drives program efficiency, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and mentors Senior Project Managers and Project Managers. The Senior Program Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of the most challenging customer engagements, assuring alignment across all projects and teams, and serving as the primary escalation point for both internal and external executive stakeholders[1][2]. Let’s talk about Responsibilities: Define program objectives, scope, success criteria, and KPIs aligned with Brightree’s strategic goals (e.g., customer adoption, retention, revenue growth). Develop and maintain integrated program plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and milestones. Govern and monitor multiple related projects, ensuring alignment across teams and workstreams. Track program health, generate dashboards, and present status to executive leadership. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, providing clear, timely updates on program performance, risks, and outcomes. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies across business units. Coordinate with Product Management and Development to align program milestones with product roadmaps and release schedules. Partner with Services, Support, and Customer Success to ensure readiness for post-launch activities, customer onboarding, training, and adoption. Establish and drive the program governance model, including steering committees, cross-functional working groups, and escalation paths. Lead post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions; apply continuous improvement practices to future programs. Mentor, coach, and guide Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, fostering scalable program delivery practices and supporting their professional growth. Lead and successfully deliver the most complex customer programs, ensuring alignment and excellence across all projects. Interact directly with customer executive teams on large, complex programs to assure strategic alignment and value realization. Approximately 25-35% travel to customer sites, Brightree offices, or industry events within the United States. Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of customer-facing program or portfolio management experience in a software/SaaS environment, with at least 5 years managing complex, multi-project programs. PMP Certification. Demonstrated ability to organize and manage complex programs and projects in a Professional Services environment. Experience developing and executing program budgets, resource plans, and timelines. Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives with measurable business impact (growth, adoption, retention). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with executive stakeholders. Deep understanding of program governance, portfolio management, strategic planning, and organizational change management. Experience collaborating with marketing and other business units to drive program success. Demonstrates "drives collaboration" by building trust and strong partnerships across teams and stakeholders. PgMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization. Familiarity with industry-standard project management methodologies and tools. Prior experience in client-facing Professional Services roles. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $146,000 - $182,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
