We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager to join our Incubation & Growth (I&G) team. This role will lead the development of modular, API-first, AI-powered platform capabilities that scale across care settings and business verticals. You will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, reusable solutions that power the next generation of healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the I&G product vision aligned with RCS’s innovation goals and platform strategy. Own the product roadmap for modular, API-first, AI-powered solutions across care settings. Prioritize high-impact opportunities based on business vertical customer needs, technical feasibility, and commercial viability. Partner with business vertical PMs to ensure alignment and commitment to integrate capabilities into high-value features. Lead roadmap planning for AI/ML initiatives, prioritizing based on value, complexity, and model maturity. Champion lean experimentation—drive rapid MVP development, testing, and iteration. Ensure platform-oriented design by promoting reusable components and modular architecture. Translate customer/BV insights into scalable product capabilities and platform features. Establish product success metrics and use data and outcomes to inform strategy and guide future AI/ML investments. Communicate product strategy and progress to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Foster a culture of innovation by modeling fast, iterative, customer-first product development. Mentor TPMs and contribute to team rituals that reinforce agility, creativity, and impact. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure product readiness and risk mitigation. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support go-to-market planning and product positioning. Manage product lifecycle from ideation through sunset, ensuring continuous value delivery. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in platform or enterprise SaaS environments. Proven experience with AI/ML product development and platform strategy. Strong understanding of API-first architecture, modular design, and platform scalability. Experience working in healthcare IT or regulated industries. Familiarity with JIRA, Aha!, Confluence, or similar product management tools. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring (technical) product managers. Passion for innovation, experimentation, and customer-centric design. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. Base Pay Range for this position: $144,000 - $180,000 - $216,000 For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
