Manage customer relationships, analyze operational data, provide recommendations to improve efficiency and ROI, and ensure SLA compliance in a healthcare resupply environment.
At least 2 years healthcare and customer success experience, leadership and project management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication, and ability to work remotely.
Description: • Use broad knowledge of Brightree Resupply products and services to assess resupply business processes and feature adoption • Develop prioritized recommendations to improve customer efficiency, increase ROI and drive resupply success • Proactively engage with customers to identify challenges and offer insights and solutions • Serve as first escalation point for high touch customer care and own client relationships • Monitor/report customer satisfaction and ensure SLA compliance • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities and recommend process improvements • Provide monthly resupply reviews, perform manual data entry/cleanup, and design client-specific optimization/training plans • Maintain product and industry knowledge and identify expansion/cross-sell opportunities • Partner with internal managers and technical support to resolve contractual/service issues Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Industry • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Success • Demonstrated leadership competencies, exceptional relationship manager and collaborator • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of healthcare education, training and experience • Understanding of KPI’s and how they impact revenue objectives • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and work independently • Strong project management skills • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and PowerPoint • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to work in a remote environment • Self-directed and self-motivated • Preferred: Hands on experience in an HME Resupply program • Preferred: Knowledge of IVR hosted platform systems (Voxeo, medSage, iAssist, Heathcall, HCS, CareTouch, Noble Systems, CBM Solutions) • Preferred: Familiarity with SaaS applications and performance criteria Benefits: • Diverse and inclusive culture • Respond to every applicant (Circle Back Initiative) • Part of ResMed/Brightree team driving innovation • Opportunity to impact patient care and healthcare provider software outcomes
