Job Summary : Brightlight Home Care is a Family owned In-Home Care agency established for helping home bound seniors and their family to provide care and support during the difficult time of their life. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are providing multiple services options to our client and seeking and hiring the caregivers based on the experience and interest of the services area they are willing to work and pay accordingly. Services Responsibilities: • Bathing, grooming & hygiene• Dressing & mobility support• Toileting & incontinence care• Medication reminders• Meal planning, prep & feeding support• Friendly conversation & engagement• Reading, hobbies & activities• Light housekeeping & laundry• Mail & paperwork organization• Fall prevention & safety monitoring• Dementia & Alzheimer’s routines• Redirection & calming activities• Cognitive stimulation• Safety supervision • Medical appointment escort• Grocery & pharmacy pickup• Community outings • Short-term & emergency relief• Overnight support available • Post-hospital support• Mobility & exercise reminders• Therapy follow-alignment • Laundry & organization• Emotional support • Temporary caregiving• Home task support• Routine assistance • Post-Partum support for New Moms and their families • Bathing & rest assistance for Newborn & Infant Care • Bottle prep & supervised feeds• Diapering & soothing• Safe sleep guidance Requirements: - Experience in caregiving, nursing, home community care, direct support, or related fields. - Familiarity with social work principles. - Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices. - Experience in senior care or hospice care is a plus. - Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to others. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $13.00-18:00 per hour based on experience and Client’s needs. Expected hours: 15-40 per week Work Location: In person client’s Home.
