Job Description: Job Title: National Service Line Director, School-Based Services Location: Springfield, Missouri (Remote) Department: Administration Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: Join our compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to enhancing the mental health landscape for K–12 students. As the National Service Line Director, you'll provide transformative leadership in school-based behavioral health programs, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services are accessible. Your strategic oversight will bolster our mission to support students and communities, while fostering partnerships across various educational settings. In this role, you will manage school-based programming, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards. You’ll work closely with market leaders and various teams to promote quality programming and positive client outcomes. This position offers… • Employee Assistance Program – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • Mileage Reimbursement – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • Employee Discounts – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • Workplace Culture – An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • Additional Perks & Benefits – Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more Key Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all school-based services (SBS) programs across the enterprise. • Ensure high-quality program delivery and drive continuous improvement based on evidence-based practices. • Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating the Centerstone SBS model to support quality and efficiency. • Serve as a content expert on youth mental health and trauma-informed care. • Collaborate with market and regional directors to ensure alignment in program delivery and adherence to best practices. • Lead data-driven quality measurement for SBS programs, focusing on outcomes and client satisfaction. • Participate in budgeting and resource allocation discussions alongside market leadership teams. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the success of programs and the organization. Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required. • Five years of related school-based services leadership experience required. • Clinical licensure preferred (LPC, MCSW, LMFT, etc.). Additional Qualifications: • Ability to communicate effectively in various formats (written, verbal, in-person, and virtual). • Demonstrated customer service skills and professional etiquette. • Ability to build strong relationships with school administrators and community stakeholders. • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. • Competency in using data for decision-making and quality improvement. Physical Requirements: • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. • Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift. • Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
