Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, process payments and lockbox transactions, provide financial reports, and escalate issues as needed.
High school diploma or higher, call center/customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems, and preferably financial or banking experience.
BrightKey is a growing company seeking to expand its team with a Call Center Representative dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience while handling financial and accounting-related services. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and answering inquiries related to memberships, orders, payment processing, and various other areas of support. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively support customers. • Document all customer interactions and update records accurately in the database. • Lockbox processing, payment processing and reconciliation. • Providing customers with reports including financial information. • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments. • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction. Skills • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience in a call center or customer service role is ideal. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency. • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications including MS Office (Outlook and Excel). • Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to help others. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks. • Prior experience in a Call Center environment and excellent customer service skills and experience.
