Job Summary: The Client Lifecycle Manager helps brightfin achieve ambitious revenue goals with a focus on net revenue retention and customer outcomes. You will be accountable for the total commercial success of our existing customers, which consists of establishing strong relationships with client partners, renewing, minimizing churn, and identifying customer growth and expansion opportunities. The Client Lifecycle Manager at brightfin supports, with the help of the Delivery Sr. Manager, the ongoing senior level strategic relationship with our customer’s key stakeholders. You will collaborate to ensure brightfin’s solution value to the customer is well documented and acknowledged by our customers senior leadership; while serving as a customer advocate internally within brightfin. In addition, you will partner with our Delivery Team, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to streamline revenue health strategies and communication processes. The ideal candidate has a passion for achieving positive outcomes through actionable, data-driven insights, excels at balancing strategic planning with execution, and is very comfortable digging into details. Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities: • Build relationships with clients using a consultative approach to drive value and become a trusted extension of their team. • Strategize with clients to identify business objectives and align to brightfin capabilities. • Position yourself as a strategic partner to key stakeholders and champions within-named accounts. • Effectively manage total revenue & commercial health of our existing • Proactively diagnose and mitigate churn risk clearly and drive resolution strategies, advising sales leadership on ideal resolutions. • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet total revenue • Drive consensus across multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to achieve business • Partner with your Solution Architect, our Delivery Team and leverage product expertise to solution for a customer’s pain points. Minimum Qualifications: • 5+ year in the IT Financial Management (ITFM), Telecom, Mobility or Cloud market domain • 5+ years’ experience solving complex problems, often outside of your direct • 5+ years of experience working with stakeholders with companies exceeding $50M in Annual • 3+ years of experience in contract renewals and negotiations • 3+ years of working within sales teams. • Must have IT Financial Management (ITFM experience) Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Excellent account management • Ability to lead complex negotiations with multiple, cross-functional customer • Deep understanding of Customer Success • A consultative and solutions-based approach to problem-solving and ability to manage customer • Strong understanding of IT Financial Management or Mobile and Fixed telecom expense management principles. • Comfortable leading presentations and driving best practice conversations. • Self-motivated and the ability to thrive in an environment with minimal direction. • Ability to identify and communicate true value delivery. • Understanding of ITFM or TEM architecture. • Service Now Experience a plus Travel Requirements: 10-15% Location: US Remote Compensation & Benefits: • brightfin offers a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package. • Paid time off.
