Coupa Integration Engineer – Remote Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States. Job Title: Coupa Integration Engineer Location: 100% Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2 Salary Range: $95,000–$130,000 Annually Experience Required: 6+ years Sponsorship: U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Summary We are looking for a Coupa Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Coupa BSM (Business Spend Management) and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on Coupa Integration Cloud, API-based integrations, supplier onboarding flows, and data synchronization between Coupa and ERP, finance, HR, and payment systems. The ideal candidate has shipped meaningful Coupa integrations in production, understands the source-to-pay process end-to-end, and applies disciplined integration engineering practices. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Five or more years of integration engineering experience • Hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems • Strong understanding of Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs • Experience with at least one major iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato • Strong understanding of source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes • Solid SQL and data transformation skills • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Coupa certifications • Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems • Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury • Exposure to supplier-network integrations • Experience supporting global BSM rollouts How to Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
