About The Role Bright Machines is on a mission to transform how electronics are made—bringing intelligence, scalability, and flexibility to the factory floor. We combine the best of automation, machine learning, and software to modernize manufacturing from the ground up. We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. As part of this team, you will ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of products. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of organization and cleanliness methodologies based on the 5S system, as well as ensure compliance with all performance metrics established to maintain a high-quality warehouse. What You Will Be Doing • Receive, store, and organize products and materials in designated warehouse areas. • Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite and conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories. • Print labels from NetSuite and apply them to products. • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies when needed. • Check floor stock and free stock weekly, order, and replenish. • Ensure products are stored safely and organized to keep warehouse space efficient and accessible. • Use warehouse management systems to track inventory, manage shelf life, and optimize space. • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas, including shelves, pallets, and workstations. • Organize and label products and materials to minimize waste and prevent damage. • Assist with general warehouse duties such as shipping documentation and administrative tasks. • Participate in efforts to improve warehouse efficiency and workflow. • Maintain records of stock levels, returns, and damaged goods. What We Want To See • 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven operation. • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; training and certification may be provided. • Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with the physical stamina required for routine warehouse tasks. • Proficiency in basic computer applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems is highly desirable. • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite for inventory tracking, labeling, and stock reconciliation. • Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with safety, quality, and operational guidelines. • Comfortable working around automated equipment and robotics with a focus on safety and precision. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in all warehouse workflows. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and support continuous workflow efficiency. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment. • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, new processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of ownership in daily responsibilities. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team. $85,000 - $110,000 a year BE EMPOWERED TO CHANGE AN INDUSTRY Bright Machines is a next-generation, AI-enabled manufacturer focused on data center infrastructure assembly operations.
