As we continue scaling, we’re looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving problems, and can keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. The Role As our Operations Manager, you’ll wear multiple hats. Leading recruitment, overseeing fulfillment, tracking payments, and making sure our systems are built for scale. You’ll be the backbone of the business, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently while supporting our team and suppliers. What You’ll Do • Recruitment & Hiring: Identify, interview, and onboard A+ talent who fit our culture. • Supplier Coordination: Track inventory, ensure orders are fulfilled on time, and maintain strong communication with suppliers. • Team & Payroll: Oversee team payments, track hours/payments, and ensure accuracy and timeliness. • Operations Oversight: Manage the moving parts of the business — fulfillment, workflow systems, and vendor coordination. • Problem Solving: Spot potential issues early and create systems to prevent them from slowing us down.
