Join our Team Now @ Bright.com/Careers Seasonal Load Crew Associate Seasonal Load Crew Associates are a critical part of our warehouse operations. They make sure event equipment is prepared and loaded safely for delivery to client locations. As a Seasonal Load Crew Associate, you will work with warehouse and driver teams to organize equipment, load and unload trucks, and help keep the warehouse clean and safe. This role requires physical strength, teamwork, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities • Load and unload trucks quickly and safely to meet schedules. • Organize and stack event equipment for deliveries and returns. • Use pallet jacks, carts, and dollies to move items (forklift experience a plus). • Check, wrap, and label items to make sure they are ready for use. • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. • Support team members with other warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications For Seasonal Load Crew Associate • Previous warehouse or loading experience is a plus but not required. • Able to lift and move 50–100 pounds regularly and stay on your feet throughout the shift. • Comfortable working in a busy environment with lots of activity. • Flexible availability, including weekends and overtime when needed. • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed. • Spanish speaking is a plus.
