We are seeking Warehouse Associates/Material Handler to join our Client's team in the Flower Mound area. We are committed to creating a family-oriented culture with a strong team atmosphere. Hours: Monday-Friday 6am - 2:30pm Pay: $15.50/hr Key Responsibilities: • Lift merchandise onto/off of conveyor belts or pallets. • Unpack, sort, and count product, then stage for picking. • Select and place products into totes, ensuring the right items are picked. • Utilize scanners (COFE and WMS systems) to track and manage inventory. • Audit totes for accuracy before shipping. • Resolve missing or incorrect items by running and pulling for shortages. • Process orders for monogramming, packing, and shipping. • Ensure all items match the pick request in terms of quantity and quality. Qualifications: • Positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. • 3 months + Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory environment. • Able to work in non temperature controlled environments. • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
