We are currently looking for a Full Time Activities Assistant to join the Bridgeway team! Schedule: 9:30am-5:30pm- & 11am-7pm occasionally. This position includes Every Other Weekend! The duties of the Activities Assistant include: • Engage all residents in daily leisure activities of their choice • Facilitate resident/family visitation and Skype calls • Provide supervision and a safe environment for all residents under his/her care • Conduct indoor and outdoor activity programs • Additional responsibilities include assisting the Activity Director in the execution of an on-going programming for our Alzheimer and Long-Term Care residents What we offer you: • Ample paid time off available after 90 days • Medical, dental and vision benefits • 401K plan • Company paid life insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Employee discounts • Tuition Reimbursement Program Requirements: • Availability to work evenings for special evening events may also be required. • Must be available to work holidays. • Experience in activities and with Alzheimer’s residents is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
