Full Description

Best Companies Group is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Client Engagement Associate to support our sales team and ensure seamless execution of key projects after the sale. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for clients, coordinating all setup tasks, managing project workflows, and partnering closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with excellent communication skills, high technical aptitude, and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects at once. Your work will free our sales team to spend more time with clients and less time on administrative steps. Duties + Responsibilities: • Serve as the post-sale project quarterback, managing all steps needed to prepare and launch select projects. • Create, update, and ensure the accuracy of launch books, project workbooks, and pre-assigned employee files. • Guide clients through required inputs, answer questions, and follow through on missing or incomplete information. • Perform basic data cleanup of client-provided data files to ensure files are research-ready. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs, resolve issues, and maintain accurate information across systems. • Track recognition certification eligibility (response rates, score thresholds) and submit requests for badge creation. • Maintain an outreach calendar and surface upcoming opportunities to sales reps. • Support post-project follow-up scheduling and identify potential upsell or repeat-project opportunities. • Identify workflow bottlenecks and partner with leadership to improve processes and reduce manual work.
