Role Description This is a hybrid internship role for a Sales and Account Management Intern, based in Basking Ridge, NJ, with flexibility for remote work. The intern will assist in managing customer accounts, supporting sales activities, and delivering client-focused solutions. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales outreach, and contributing to sales strategy initiatives. The intern will also assist in preparing training materials and participate in activities to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively • Experience or interest in Sales and Sales Management to support customer relationships and meet sales goals • Ability to assist in creating and delivering Training sessions tailored to client requirements • Proactive attitude, teamwork skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Proficiency with CRM software or willingness to learn • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
