Retail Sales Associate Full-Time/Part time Salary: $17 - $20 per hour plus commission and bonuses As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth for Bridgepoint Collective, inc. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. If you are a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibility: - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying additional needs. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospects. - Conduct sales presentations to potential clients. - Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. - Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
