Looking for talented, highly motivated individuals to join one of the fastest growing companies in the Chicago Loop in an entry level sales position working in the booming health insurance industry! As an Inside Sales Agent you will be helping individuals through the important decision-making process of selecting a health insurance plan that matches their needs and assisting the consumer in enrolling in a coverage plan. There is NO COLD CALLING in this role. Instead, you will be receiving inbound phone calls and making warm outbound calls to individuals who already have health insurance coverage and assisting them with making educated decisions regarding coverage plans available to them. This entry level role comes with a base salary, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.) and UNCAPPED COMMISSION structure giving an individual unlimited earning potential! THE COST OF YOUR TRAINING AND REQUIRED INSURANCE LICENSING IS PAID FOR YOU BY THE COMPANY! Responsibilities of the position include: • Answering inbound phone calls and making warm lead outbound calls to effectively sell health insurance plans and products to customers on a national level. • Assist with guiding consumers through the health plan selection and application process. • Quickly learn insurance product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for health insurance plans communicating effectively over the phone. • Provide an excellent consumer experience for consumers you are interacting with daily. • Serve as a brand ambassador for the firm. • Ability to work and excel in a competitive, and performance-driven environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple screens. • Must be able to successfully complete all licensing and legal background requirements. • Drive and desire to learn and grow into a position with UNCAPPED earning potential. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
