The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in payments, a solid technical background, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams. < style=text-align: justify; data-start=763 data-end=786>Key Responsibilities • < data-start=790 data-end=894>Act as Product Owner for payment systems, owning requirements, backlog grooming, and delivery outcomes • < data-start=897 data-end=1041>Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria • < data-start=1044 data-end=1127>Lead deliverables end-to-end with minimal supervision and ensure timely execution • < data-start=1130 data-end=1210>Perform analysis and troubleshooting using AWS logs, databases, and Splunk • < data-start=1213 data-end=1270>Review and validate data using SQL / Oracle queries • < data-start=1273 data-end=1361>Support payment workflows and integrations, ensuring alignment with industry standards • < data-start=1364 data-end=1451>Collaborate effectively with offshore teams and participate in global delivery models • < data-start=1454 data-end=1532>Ensure high-quality communication across technical and business stakeholders < style=text-align: justify; data-start=1539 data-end=1574>Required Skills & Qualifications • < data-start=1578 data-end=1636>Strong hands-on experience with SQL / Oracle queries • < data-start=1639 data-end=1708>Solid technical background in application development and/or QA • < data-start=1711 data-end=1757>Proven experience in the Payments domain • < data-start=1760 data-end=1808>Good working knowledge of ISO wire formats • < data-start=1811 data-end=1911>Experience analyzing and troubleshooting issues in AWS environments, databases, and Splunk • < data-start=1914 data-end=1967>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • < data-start=1970 data-end=2041>Ability to lead workstreams and deliver results with minimal guidance • < data-start=2044 data-end=2106>Comfortable working with offshore and cross-functional teams < style=text-align: justify; data-start=2113 data-end=2140>Preferred Qualifications • < data-start=2144 data-end=2219>Prior experience working with large banking or financial services clients • < data-start=2222 data-end=2260>Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments • < style=text-align: justify; data-start=2263 data-end=2347>Experience in payment processing systems such as wires, ACH, or real-time payments
