Position Overview The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business development while expanding and strengthening existing client relationships in Arizona and across country . This role is ideal for a consultative, results-driven sales professional with strong commercial print knowledge and a true hunter mentality. You will identify new opportunities, lead client discovery conversations, and deliver tailored, production-ready print solutions in close collaboration with estimating, production, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth • Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships • Lead discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges, timelines, and budgets • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and customized print solutions aligned with client needs • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and handoff to production • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across print, finishing, and fulfillment services • Collaborate closely with estimating, production, and customer service teams to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and on-time delivery Qualifications • 4–6+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial print, digital print, large format, or related print services • Strong understanding of print production workflows, estimating, and finishing processes • Proven ability to close complex, multi-service print solutions and build long-term client relationships • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle • Based in Phoenix, AZ, with the ability to travel throughout the greater Arizona region and other states Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure • Mileage and business expense reimbursement • Comprehensive benefits package • Sales tools, marketing support, and strong operational backing from an experienced internal team • Long-term career growth with a stable and respected print organization How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume or LinkedIn profile, along with a brief note highlighting relevant print sales experience and recent achievements.
