Job Description: We are looking for an Join our growing team as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations and strategic programs. We're looking for a detail-oriented leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O initiatives, from planning to post-go-live stabilization. • Collaborate with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. • Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications across functional areas. • Drive system integration efforts across ERP, CRM, and third-party platforms. • Ensure system architecture, configuration, and data flows align with business strategy and compliance standards. Required Skills: • 5–7 years of experience in ERP project/program management, preferably within D365 F&O. • Strong understanding of F&O modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Project Operations. • Experience with system integration, data migration, and process automation. • Proven success managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed or global environment. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills. Nice to Have: • D365 certifications (e.g., Functional Consultant, Solution Architect). • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification. • Background in manufacturing, retail, or logistics sectors. • Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power Platform, or Dynamics CRM.
