Full Description

We are seeking a Product Line Manager to support the creation and management of rebuy apparel within retail product lines. This role is focused more on merchandising and product lifecycle management than on new product creation. The position involves managing the product line, adopting/repurposing apparel, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of the product line cycle for kids’ apparel, from concept to seasonal delivery. • Partner with merchandising, sourcing, costing, planning, and operations teams to drive execution. • Ensure accuracy of product data across systems, manage samples, and track timelines. • Build presentations (Keynote/PowerPoint) to support product storytelling and decision-making. • Analyze consumer, channel, and competitive trends to identify product opportunities. • Support rebuy strategies to deliver seasonal revenue and profitability targets. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education/experience). • 2–3 years’ experience in a product, merchandising, or PLM role (apparel experience strongly preferred). • Strong skills in business analytics, Excel, and presentation building. • MMX experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills with ability to present clearly and work collaboratively. • Prior experience in large-scale retail or global brand environments is highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines.
