About the Role Breezy Hill Marketing is a full-service B2B digital marketing agency that partners with SaaS and technology companies to strengthen their brands, drive demand, and accelerate growth. We are seeking an experienced Digital Design Contractor to support our creative and strategy teams. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with a deep understanding of UX and branding for digital environments. You will create visually compelling and performance-oriented assets that align with client strategies and brand identities. This role requires proficiency in both traditional design platforms and emerging AI-powered design tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and refine brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, and typography for B2B SaaS clients. • Design marketing and campaign assets such as landing pages, social media graphics, advertisements, and email templates. • Create and optimize UX/UI layouts in Figma for websites, dashboards, and digital interfaces. • Incorporate AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, or similar) into concept development and production workflows. • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, account managers, and developers to ensure creative consistency and alignment with campaign objectives. • Maintain organized design systems and templates across platforms, including Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Advaned PowerPoint (must be able to create and edit templates). Qualifications • Proven experience designing for B2B or SaaS-focused clients within an agency or similar environment. • Advanced proficiency with Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive design best practices. • Demonstrated expertise in brand design and visual identity development. • Familiarity with AI-based design workflows and tools. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design concepts in English. • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a remote setting. Preferred Skills • Experience collaborating with marketing automation, development, or content teams. • Knowledge of B2B buyer journey design and conversion-focused creative. • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CMS/CRM platforms is advantageous.
