We’re hiring a Head of GTM Strategy to define and execute Breeze’s go-to-market approach across all customer segments, channels, and products. This role will play a critical part in driving alignment between product, marketing, sales, and partnerships — ensuring Breeze captures new markets, accelerates adoption, and builds category leadership. What You’ll Do Market Positioning & Strategy • Define and continuously refine Breeze’s market positioning, value propositions, and differentiation strategy. • Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats. • Develop clear segment-level strategies (e.g., SMB, enterprise, geographic focus). • Align GTM initiatives with Breeze’s strategic growth priorities and product roadmap. Customer-Led Product Development • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to integrate customer insights into product planning. • Define customer personas, needs, and use cases to guide feature prioritization. • Partner with Product Marketing to translate technical benefits into compelling narratives. • Support early-stage launches through customer validation, beta testing, and structured feedback loops. Brand Awareness & Positioning • Partner with Marketing to drive brand visibility, credibility, and category leadership. • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. • Oversee thought leadership, PR, and content programs that strengthen brand equity. • Track and optimize brand performance through awareness and sentiment metrics. Sales & Marketing Enablement • Build and maintain a GTM enablement toolkit — pitch decks, case studies, playbooks, and battlecards. • Partner with Sales Leadership on rep training and certification programs. • Ensure enablement content reflects up-to-date market realities and customer needs. • Measure enablement impact through sales performance metrics and conversion data. Partnerships & Channel Strategy • Identify and cultivate strategic technology, channel, and co-marketing partnerships. • Develop joint GTM frameworks and shared KPIs with partners. • Track and optimize partner performance and ROI. • Explore ecosystem development to expand reach and accelerate adoption. Go-To-Market Planning & Execution • Lead end-to-end GTM planning for new products, features, and market entries. • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support. • Define clear success metrics for each launch and track performance. • Run post-launch retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Key Deliverables • Annual GTM strategic plan aligned with company objectives. • Market segmentation and positioning frameworks. • Customer persona and insight reports. • Sales and marketing enablement toolkit. • Brand awareness and thought leadership plans. • Partnership roadmap and performance dashboards. • Quarterly GTM reviews and refinements. What We’re Looking For • 12+ years in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or growth roles (experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments a strong plus). • Proven success building and scaling GTM frameworks across multiple regions or segments. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills — able to synthesize market data into actionable insights. • Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership experience. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment. • Passionate about bridging product, sales, and marketing to drive measurable growth.
