Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our office in Decatur. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with prospective and existing clients. While there will be some outbound calls, your primary focus will be to book jobs through inbound calls from homeowner. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise, technical knowledge, and communication skills to contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction. Duties • Answer inquiries from homeowners, builders and property managers in order to convert calls to booked jobs. • Conduct outbound calls and warm calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads. • Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. • Manage lead generation platforms and social channels. • Utilize CRM software and spreadsheets to track and manage sales pipelines efficiently. • Negotiate terms and close sales for small and large projects. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. • Follow up with unsold estimates Skills • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. • Proficiency in CRM software. • Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies. • Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining a professional demeanor. • Familiarity with marketing techniques that support lead generation and customer engagement efforts. • Demonstrated capability in customer service roles with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
