AutoTime Developer & Admin (Multiple Roles) We are seeking skilled AutoTime Developers and AutoTime Administrators (support) to manage, configure, customize, and support the AutoTime workforce management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system configuration, integrations, report development, troubleshooting, and ongoing system optimization to support payroll and HR operations. Call Notes: • 4-6 resources needed (1-2 Developers and 3-4 System Admins (support)) • Python (nice to have) • SQL • Spring (Java) • Angular (nice to have) System Administration Tasks: • Configure and maintain the AutoTime system (pay rules, schedules, accruals, policies). • Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. • Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability. • Perform system updates, patches, and version upgrades. Development & Customization Tasks: • Develop and customize AutoTime modules to meet business requirements. • Create and maintain custom workflows and automation rules. • Configure timekeeping rules, shift differentials, overtime calculations, and compliance settings. • Develop integrations between AutoTime and HRIS, payroll, and ERP systems (via APIs, flat files, or middleware). Support & Troubleshooting Tasks: • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for timekeeping issues. • Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data errors. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve system issues. • Document system processes and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience administering and/or developing within AutoTime • Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance • Python (nice to have) • SQL • Spring (Java) • Angular (nice to have) IND123
