Respond to client emails and follow up on correspondence efficiently. Educate clients about our services and guide them through initial processes. Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff to ensure effective communication and client satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy. Familiarity with basic legal terminology and procedures is a plus. Proficient in using computers and various office software applications.
