BRANDVIEW is a thriving entertainment marketing agency that builds brands by integrating, partnering, and creating TV shows and films. We work with a wide range of consumer brands across luxury, CPG, fitness, apparel, automotive, food, and tech, among other industries. We continuously collaborate with studios, streamers, producers, and production companies across scripted and unscripted content. We are hiring a Product Placement Manager or Director to lead our placement division, manage a small team, and report to the CEO to drive high-value placements & integrations across film, TV, and digital content. WHAT YOU'LL LEAD • Oversee BRANDVIEW's growing product placement division • Manage and mentor five people • Own end-to-end placement campaigns across TV, film, streaming, and digital • Develop strategic placement opportunities with production contacts and pitch them to our brand clients • Manage relationships with producers, prodcos, set decorators, propmasters, transpo, costume teams, and production departments • Tracking and measurement of all placements, approvals, and logistics • Represent the division on client calls and at key industry touchpoints • Drive process improvements and help shape the future of our placement pipeline QUALIFICATIONS • 3–10 years of experience in product placement, entertainment marketing, or relevant production departments • Experience at or with product placement agencies is strongly preferred, while experience with consumer brands is a plus • Existing relationships with production teams and decision-makers • Strong understanding of the entertainment business, production timelines, workflows, and approval processes • Leadership qualities ready to be put to use to run a division and elevate a growing team • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Previous management experience is a plus • College Degree COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $75,000–$125,000 depending on experience and title level • Bonus based on company performance and commission for any new business • Full benefits package, including: Health insurance 401(k), and Paid time off LOCATION • Remote role • Candidates in or near Los Angeles are preferred WHO THRIVES HERE • Passionate about working at the intersection of entertainment and advertising • Relationship-builders with natural industry instincts • A highly organized operator who thrives in a fast, production-centered environment • Someone who can juggle multiple placements and brands with gusto • A proactive problem-solver who can take ownership of the division and push it forward NEXT STEP: • Please attach your resume and tell us what makes you a good fit for the role.
