Overview: The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau is required. Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and analyze data from Salesforce and other internal systems. Build, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports for various business units. Translate business needs into data models, metrics, and visualizations that support leadership decision-making. Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights. Support ad-hoc reporting, data requests, and ongoing development of analytics processes. Document data definitions, processes, and dashboard usage guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role. Advanced proficiency with Salesforce reporting, data extraction, and object structures. Strong experience using Tableau (Visualizations, Prep, Server/Cloud preferred). Solid understanding of SQL or other query languages. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate findings in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical stakeholders. Compensation Range: $70,000—$100,000 USD Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
