We are seeking a people-oriented Customer Service Marketing Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, both over the phone and in person. This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to provide quick and insightful responses to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner with excellent information retention, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with team members to determine the best solutions for customers. Professionalism and confidence in both verbal and written communication are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: o Answer multiple phone lines o Answer customer service product questions, emails and chats o Company store order fulfillment/tracking – manage inventory levels o Customer reward fulfillment o Customer rebate fulfillment & tracking o Weekly digital reports o Coordinate shipping, tracking, packaging o Order supplies/coordinate deliveries o Manage special projects as needed o Coordinate AIA program events across the US and Canada – includes communication with sales representatives, architectural firms o CRM lead support for contact management database o Provide product research and support for promotional products Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field (can be waived dependent on individuals capabilities) · Excellent analytical abilities · Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong work ethic. · Must be a team player with a customer-first mentality. · Must be engaging, personable, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service. · Some customer service experience is ideal. · Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly to resolve customer inquiries. · Ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge efficiently. · Comfortable handling phone and in-person interactions with professionalism and confidence. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work collaboratively with team members to determine the best solutions for customers. · Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus. · Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
