Brandmotion, a leader in innovative automotive and fleet safety technology, is seeking a high-energy Sales Hunter to drive new business growth and expand our presence across commercial fleets, upfitters, OEM-adjacent channels, and national integrators. This is a highly visible, quota-carrying role focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline creation, and closing net-new accounts. Key Responsibilities New Business Development & Acquisition • Identify, pursue, and close new customers across fleet, upfitter, OEM-adjacent, and aftermarket channels • Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with Brandmotion’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) • Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networking • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution • Consistently achieve or exceed new revenue targets Market Expansion & Opportunity Creation • Identify emerging trends in fleet safety, telematics, ADAS, and connected vehicle solutions • Develop new verticals and revenue streams within commercial transportation sectors • Attend major industry events (NTEA Work Truck Week, NAFA, Utility Expo, etc.) • Collaborate with Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and demand generation Solution Selling & Customer Discovery • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, demos, and product consultations • Develop value-based proposals tailored to operational and safety outcomes • Partner with Product and Engineering to relay market insights and customer needs • Lead pricing, negotiations, and closing activities Pipeline Management & Forecasting • Maintain accurate opportunities and forecasts in HubSpot CRM • Track KPIs including outreach activity, meetings booked, pipeline growth, and conversion rates • Provide weekly activity reports and revenue projections Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure successful onboarding of new customers • Coordinate product configurations and delivery requirements Qualifications • Currently working in the fleet, automotive, mobility, or commercial vehicle industry • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred) • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong hunter focus • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and new account acquisition • Consistent quota attainment in complex or consultative sales environments • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability • Ability to manage multiple opportunities across different sales stages • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM (Monday.com and Fishbowl experience a plus) • Willingness to travel 25–40% for customer visits and industry events
