The Role: As a Sales Growth hire, you’ll play a key role in expanding our US commercial footprint. This is a hands on, outbound led role where you’ll prospect, walk into venues, build relationships, run discovery and close high value customers in your territory. We are not looking for someone to simply take a role. We want someone hungry, driven and excited to shape our growth in the US market. High performance is recognized quickly, and this position offers a clear path to increased responsibility and seniority as our US presence expands. This role is based in Miami and will play a key part in expanding our footprint across the city. Who You Are: • 1-3 years in B2B sales or growth (hospitality/F&B/retail a plus) • Confident with outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch • Comfortable doing field sales (walking into venues, meeting operators face-to-face) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach • Organized, self-directed and motivated by targets • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar) What the Job Involves: • Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and in person outreach across hospitality and takeaway brands. • Run high quality discovery meetings, recommend the right packaging solutions and close new business. • Maintain a disciplined follow up cadence across email, calls, texts and visits to drive conversion. • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date including contacts, stages, notes and activity tracking. • Learn customer objections quickly and refine messaging to improve win rates. • Share customer insights with marketing and operations to strengthen conversion and fulfillment. • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly new business targets as the territory grows.
