Regional Operations Manager – Commercial Cleaning BrainWorks has been retained by a $100M+ B2B franchise brand headquartered in the greater Tampa area. This highly respected, faith-based company has 30+ years in business with over 150 franchisees across 32 states. This Regional Operations Manager will play a critical role in advancing franchisee success through business insight, strategic partnership, and regionally focused development. In this field-based role, you will work directly with franchise owners to provide high-impact coaching and operational support, helping them grow sustainable, profitable businesses. Emphasis will be placed on business performance, financial health, and market expansion and ensuring each franchisee is equipped with the tools and understanding necessary to succeed. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding and ability to assess B2B franchising operations, while influencing and developing relationships with franchise owners. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic resource for franchise owners within an assigned region, taking full ownership of the operational and financial development. • Deliver tailored coaching and guidance to franchisees with a strong focus on business growth, financial health, and operational excellence. • Analyze key financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, AR/AP, and cash flow) and ensure franchisees understand and act on insights to drive profitability. • Identify underperformance, risk indicators, or business challenges early and lead the response to correct course, collaborating with internal teams when needed but remaining responsible for resolution. • Guide franchisees in annual business planning, goal setting, and benchmarking to promote measurable progress and long-term sustainability. • Conduct regular in-person visits and virtual meetings to evaluate execution, offer direction, and reinforce strategic alignment with brand and standards. • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of franchisee interactions, action plans, and milestones using designated task management systems. • Partners with internal departments to connect franchisees to resources but retain responsibility for ensuring their successful application and implementation. • Champion brand integrity and consistency across all regional franchise locations, proactively addressing gaps and coaching to solutions. • Contribute to the enhancement of regional support model by sharing field insights and identifying trends in franchise performance and needs. • Contributes to the ongoing documentation, training and refinement of best practices for franchise partners as well as keeping accurate historical records of franchise partner interactions through documentation with task management software. • Develop yearly financial forecasts with franchise partners, using historical location data, brand stands and benchmarking. • Support departmental quarterly and yearly initiatives including creation or refinement of operations manual. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
