Job Description About GoodLeap: At GoodLeap, we build technology that makes sustainable home upgrades attainable—and we’re looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to help us evolve our product portfolio. As a Senior UX designer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional counterparts to understand our users’ needs, contribute to product strategy, and design user-friendly experiences across key product areas. You’ll help translate user insights into practical design solutions, ensuring our products are intuitive, impactful, and innovative. UX Designer (Contract) – Payments Product We’re looking for a short-term UX Design consultant to join our team for a 1–1.5 month project. This role will focus on designing intuitive user experiences for a payments product that allows contractors to easily manage projects, capture client information, and process payments. The project also involves shaping AI-driven communications between contractors and clients. Details: • Contract length: ~4–6 weeks, starting ASAP • Experience level: Mid-to-senior (6–10+ years of UX design) • Engagement: 1-1.5 months • Rate: $110–130/hr • Collaboration: Close partnership with product managers If you’re an experienced UX Designer who can quickly ramp up and deliver high-impact design for a well-defined project, we’d love to connect.
