Job Description W2 engagement: the rate reflects a W2 engagement Location: Hybrid — 4 days onsite in Torrance, CA Hours: Standard business hours (PT) Role Overview We’re seeking a Privacy Remediation Project Manager to help manage and operationalize follow-up from our upcoming legal privacy assessment. This role will coordinate cross-functional remediation efforts, track progress, and ensure accountability, documentation, and audit readiness. Key Responsibilities • Review assessment findings and work across teams to identify and prioritize risks. • Drive remediation and mitigation plans, ensuring actions are documented and tracked to closure. • Partner with Legal, IT, Compliance, and business units to execute risk resolutions. • Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards for leadership visibility. • Maintain audit-ready documentation of remediation progress and outcomes. Qualifications • 5+ years of project or program management experience in privacy, compliance, or risk management. • Strong understanding of privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and remediation processes. • Proven ability to translate assessments into actionable next steps and manage complex follow-through. • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
