This role requires someone who can guide both the business vision and the technical execution, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. This leader will drive complex, enterprisewide initiatives, shape technical direction, influence architectural decisions, and ensure alignment across crossfunctional engineering, product, and business teams. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly technical environments, enjoys solving architectural challenges, and can steer teams toward building sustainable platforms and solutions. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Technical & Architectural Leadership • Define and influence target-state architectures, integration patterns, platform strategies, and modernization roadmaps. • Evaluate solution options based on business requirements, technical feasibility, scalability, and long-term sustainability. • Introduce or mature platforms, integration approaches, and emerging technologies—leading technical assessments and guiding stakeholder buy-in. Drive Enterprise Initiatives • Lead endtoend delivery of large-scale, crossfunctional programs with complex dependencies. • Set architectural direction that aligns technology investments with enterprise goals and drives consistent engineering outcomes. Solution Leadership • Translate business needs into high-level technical direction, architectural guidance, and engineering approach. • Ensure that solutions across multiple teams adhere to enterprise architecture standards, governance models, resilience expectations, and security patterns. Governance & Standards • Establish and enforce architectural guardrails, engineering best practices, and platform standards to ensure scalability and maintainability across all solution teams. • Partner with architecture, security, and engineering leaders to continuously improve governance frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement • Collaborate with senior technical leaders, product stakeholders, and business executives to influence solution strategy and maintain alignment across teams. • Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Strategic Thinking & Innovation • Assess emerging technologies, modern platforms, APIs, or integration frameworks to inform enterprise roadmap decisions. • Identify opportunities for platform modernization and drive adoption of new capabilities that accelerate delivery and improve system performance. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Foster a culture of engineering excellence, architectural thinking, continuous learning, and technical curiosity. • Support cross-team problem solving and ensure architectural consistency across distributed engineering groups. Qualifications • 4-5 years plus of experience in technology, engineering, architecture, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery. • Proven success leading enterprise-scale initiatives and influencing technical decisions across multiple teams. • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, APIs, cloud concepts, and modern engineering practices. • Ability to “speak technical” at a conceptual or architectural depth—comfortable partnering with senior architects and engineering leaders. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive practical, actionable outcomes. • Team-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and innovation. Why Join Us • Influence the technical direction and architecture of enterprise platforms across a growing organization. • Work alongside talented engineering, product, and business teams who value innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement. • Clear path for ongoing leadership growth and increased technical ownership.
