Our national services client is looking for an outside Business Development Rep with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience (Real Estate or Construction preferred) to cover the Houston, Texas area. The right candidate will be successful in development, growth, and maintenance of our client base due to a successful strategic mindset, productive KPI/Target-focus, and relationship development/building approach. This remote role calls for Client Visits throughout the week and professional and prompt solution-oriented communication. Your strong background in sales and business development strategies will be conducive to successful proposals via presentations and reports to each client. Must maintain detailed client records and interaction to support forecasting and planning goals. You will be working with various internal teams and Experience • 4-10 years of B2B sales (in facility services, IT services or, SAAS) • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within Real Estate or Construction. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer relationship management, or related fields who are eager to grow their careers are encouraged to apply. • Familiarity with CRM software platforms • Engage a diverse base of client questions promptly to secure repeat business, growth, and new business. Relationship-building and maintenance should be a strong point. • Strong understanding of strategic planning, negotiation techniques, and project management principles, proposals, presentations, and KPIs/Targets. • Successful time management, planning, and initiative are critical for this role. Base salary range of 90 - 110K plus OTE commissions for total compensation of 175K to 200K within the first year. Full benefits. PTO, 401K/match, Employee Assistance Program and growth opportunities.
