Description The Bradley Home is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist/Bookkeeper to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents, families, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative and light bookkeeping duties. Full Time or Part Time Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally. • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information. • Perform light bookkeeping tasks, such as handling payments, tracking receipts, and assisting with basic financial recordkeeping. • Conduct secretarial and administrative duties, including filing, data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies. • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed. • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area. • Uphold confidentiality and follow all organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications: • Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. • Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience is a plus. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. • Proficient with computers, office equipment, and basic software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Professional, friendly demeanor and a commitment to excellent service
