Job Title: Program Finance / Earned Value Management (EVM) Specialist Travel: Remote with occasional travel to Camden NJ, USA Primary Purpose The Program Finance / EVM Specialist is responsible for maintaining Earned Value Management (EVM) data integrity across multiple defense programs using COBRA and SAP. This role supports forecasting, variance analysis, IPMR reporting, and financial accuracy while ensuring compliance with EVM standards and government regulations. Key Responsibilities • Maintain EVM data using COBRA and SAP. • Perform weekly/monthly/annual forecasting and variance analysis. • Ensure accurate EACs and project setup in SAP. • Prepare IPMR reports (Formats 1–5, 7). • Review variance reports with CAMs. • Support proposal cost estimates and audits. • Create and maintain program baseline budgets. • Provide ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree (or 10+ years related experience). • 6+ years program finance/EVM experience. • Strong expertise with EVMS and COBRA/SAP. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Knowledge of DFARS, ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA guides. • U.S. citizenship required. • Visa sponsorship not available. Preferred Skills • MBA, CPA, PMP, or EVMP. • Experience with government contract types (CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP).
